Nikki is a fully qualified Medical Herbalist with a deep passion for the healing relationship between people, plants and nature. Her approach is rooted in both in traditional plant wisdom and modern clinical understanding. She very much enjoys being a generalist in her practice but her special interests are supporting neurodivergent individuals, children’s health and  women’s hormonal health across all life stages. Her work is guided by compassion, connection, and a belief in the body’s innate ability to find balance with the support of nature. At Bare health, Nikki holds a monthly clinic day and seasonal practical herbal workshops.

The initial consultation can be anywhere from 1-2 hours and may consist of a physical examination. We will cover your current health concerns, your past medical history, any medications being taken and look at your lifestyle and diet. 

 

Follow ups are usually an hour and this will cover your progress and any additional concerns and healing isn’t always linear.

 

Initial adult consultation is £80 and all follow ups are £40

 

Initial child consultations are £40 and all follow ups £20

 

The amount of follow ups are dependent on each individuals needs so may vary but they are designed to ensure the best progress possible and assess if the medicine needs tweaking. 

 

Herbal medicine is made bespoke for each individual patient after a consultation. Medicine fees are £11 per 100ml of tincture, a months supply costing £55 for adults and £33 for children. Teas and capsules can be made for those who do not wish to consume tinctures. 

 

Supplements may also be recommended and we are lucky to be in the most perfect clinical setting at Bare Health and spoilt for choice. With great quality supplements to suit any budget
