Ashley is a singing therapist and specialist vocal tutor, bass baritone soloist
and Author.

He studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester
where he gained a four-year graduate Diploma in vocal performance.
As well as country wide solo concert work, he also gained three
further Performance Diplomas from the Guildhall, Royal Academy,
and Royal College of Music in London, culminating in his formal
qualification for classroom teaching in schools.

His career from this point combined professional solo work, one-to
one singing tuition and therapy, leading music departments in middle
and high school and writing about the art of singing.

Singing is his love and passion, and he is continually inspired by its
power to help the individual, whether it be for health and wellbeing,
personal expression, or understanding the technical and creative
power of music as an art form.

Ashley caters for all ages and styles, and always aims to facilitate
the client whether the opportunities to be explored are musical,
emotional, technical, spiritual, or just for fun.

His book “The Voice Revealed” is available on Amazon in paperback
and kindle, and his website www.ashleykirkhamsinging.co.uk provides
classical recordings as examples of his singing.
